FBI Seeks Two Members of Drug Trafficking Organization
Felix Alfredo Torres Perez and Luis Gabriel Ramirez Rivera (pictured below) are wanted for their alleged role as members of a drug trafficking organization responsible for the distribution of kilogram quantities of cocaine from Puerto Rico to networks in Virginia and Florida. On Feb. 17, 2016, both individuals were charged with conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria, Virginia.
