FBI Seeking Information from a Bank Robbery in Fort Lauderdale

FBI Seeking Information from a Bank Robbery in Fort Lauderdale

The FBI is seeking information from a bank robbery that took place Jan. 3, 2018, at approximately 4:15 p.m. at a BB&T Bank branch located at 3564 N. Ocean Boulevard, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The robber entered the bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded money from a bank employee. There were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery. There were no injuries. The amount of money taken will not be released at this time.

Investigators believe the robber is wearing a "gas mask" type garment to partially cover his face.
