FBI Media Alert: Pueblo Pintado Man Arrested on Sex Abuse Charge

FBI Media Alert: Pueblo Pintado Man Arrested on Sex Abuse Charge

Presley Dexter Sandoval, 24, of Pueblo Pintado, New Mexico, was arrested Thursday, April 5, 2018, on a federal charge of aggravated sexual abuse with children.

The FBI, with the assistance of the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Sandoval in Farmington.

Sandoval is accused of sexually abusing a child on several occasions.

Sandoval had an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge B. Paul Briones in Farmington on Thursday.

The public is reminded that all defendants are considered innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
