FBI Media Alert: Albuquerque Man Faces Bank Robbery Charge
The FBI made a probable cause arrest of Dagoberto Francisco Ruiz II, of Albuquerque, on a federal charge of bank robbery on Monday, May 20, 2019.
Ruiz, 23, is accused of robbing Bank of the West, 2101 Eubank Blvd. NE, in Albuquerque, on Monday.
The Albuquerque Police Department arrested Ruiz shortly after the bank robbery and the FBI took custody of him.
Ruiz is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque on Tuesday.
The public is reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
