The bill is sponsored by Rep. Barry Moore with Jake Ellzey, Jody Hice, Markwayne Mullin, Randy Weber as cosponsors.

Bill H.R.8762 titled “To restrict the possession, use, and acquisition of firearms and ammunition by the Internal Revenue Service” was referred to the House Committee on Ways and Means by the House of Representatives. The bill is sponsored by Rep. Ralph Norman.
