Volume 168, No. 143 covering the 2nd Session of the 117th Congress (2021 - 2022) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“Senate Committee Meetings” mentioning the Environmental Protection Agency was published in the in the Daily Digest section section on pages D939-D940 on Sept. 7.

More than half of the Agency's employees are engineers, scientists and protection specialists. The Climate Reality Project, a global climate activist organization, accused Agency leadership in the last five years of undermining its main mission.

Committee on Environment and Public Works: Subcommittee on Clean Air, Climate, and Nuclear Safety concluded a hearing to examine the nominations of William J. Renick, of Mississippi, who was introduced by Senator Wicker, Adam Wade White, of Kentucky, who was introduced by Senator McConnell, and Joe H. Committee on the Judiciary: Subcommittee on Intellectual Property concluded an oversight hearing to examine the U.S. Copyright Office, after receiving testimony from Shira Perlmutter, Register of Copyrights and Director, U.S. Copyright Office, Library of Congress.

INTELLIGENCE

Select Committee on Intelligence: Committee met in closed session to receive a briefing on certain intelligence matters from officials of the intelligence community.
