Lower Granite Lock and Dam will be starting their winter hours for public dam crossing on Sunday, Sept. 4.
Winter public crossing hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Crossing will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s but is expected, at this time, to be open all other federal holidays unless notified in advance.
