BLM warns travelers using Stafford Ferry Road of washout

FERGUS COUNTY, Mont.) - Travelers using Stafford Ferry Road are warned that a washout hazard has occurred, making the road impassable.

The hazard is on a portion of the Fergus County road running through the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument.

Warning signs are in place, however anyone traveling in the area should use extreme caution.

Drivers should be aware off-road motorized travel on BLM-managed lands is prohibited in this area.
