GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - The Bureau of Land Management Grand Junction Field Office is seeking public comments on Special Recreation Permit (SRP) applications for Fiscal Year 2020.
“We are processing special recreation permit requests for new and existing commercial activities on public lands managed by our office," said Acting Grand Junction Field Manager Joseph Manning. “Our process includes the important and valuable step of reaching out to the public to understand their concerns, should these activities be authorized."
The BLM’s SRP program supports local economies and provides quality recreation experiences for the public. The new and renewing SRP applicants for the Grand Junction Field Office are as follows:
