The most recent press release, "Leading Experts Suggest Guidelines for Assessing Emerging Transistor Performance," was submitted on July 29.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology published 10 press releases the month before, the same as the current month.
The Institute was created in response to the proliferation of inconsistent standards for weights and measures throughout the US.
One of its many accomplishments is the creation of an experimental quantum logic clock. It will neither gain nor lose a second in four billion years.
