Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield’s Meeting with Foreign Minister Juan Carlos Holguín of Ecuador

Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Representative to the United Nations, met today with Foreign Minister Juan Carlos Holguín of Ecuador. Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield and Foreign Minister Holguin discussed shared priorities for Ecuador’s upcoming term on the UN Security Council, including working together to advance the “Women, Peace, and Security Agenda.”
Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield thanked Foreign Minister Holguín for Ecuador’s commitments to integrate Venezuelan migrants into Ecuadorian society and endorsement of the Los Angeles Declaration on Migration and Protection at the Summit of the Americas.
