Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Kenya President William Ruto today to express appreciation for Kenya’s support for the UN Security Council resolution denouncing Russia’s sham referenda in Ukraine and Kenya’s commitment to upholding international law. The Secretary discussed with President Ruto ongoing U.S. efforts to address the fertilizer crisis.
