On Sunday, November 8th at 2:00pm at the National Park Visitor Center, Join Dr. Al DeCiccio for his presentation on the power of place and it’s influence on writers and artists of the Merrimack Valley.

Without the influences of Lawrence and Lowell, Frost, Kerouac and Whistler would not be renowned artistic figures. By examining examples of those influences on their poetry, prose and painting, we will appreciate how the power of place led them to domestic, cultural, and civic greatness.

The free program takes place at Lowell National Historical Park’s Visitor Center at 246 Market St., Lowell, Sunday, November 8th at 2 p.m.
