Devils Tower National Monument offers curriculum based interactive education programs for grades K -12. Education programs include the Devils Tower in Your Classroom programs, and ranger guided field trips at the monument. For classes who plan to visit Devils Tower this year, a park ranger can present a pre and post visit program in the classroom.
"Park Rangers at Devils Tower National Monument help students develop a deep understanding of park natural and cultural resources and the relevance in their lives through a series of park education programs" said John Keck, Acting Superintendent. Teachers may invite a park ranger into the classroom. Programs cover the ecological, historical, cultural and geological components of the monument. Program length are designed for the classroom schedule and/or combined classroom schedules for K-2, 3-4, 5-6 and consists of hands on education activities from 45 -60 minutes. All programs meet national and state core curriculum standards. Teachers may have a specific focus for their students;we will gladly tailor a program to fit the need.

Devils Tower National Monument is located, 33 miles northeast of Moorcroft, WY, 27 miles northwest of Sundance, WY via U.S. 14, 9 Miles south of Hulett via WY24, and 52 miles southwest of Belle Fourche, S.D. via S.D. Highway34/WY24.
