Gettysburg Honors Norman Paul and D. Scott Hartwig

Gettysburg National Military Park recently recognized two members of the staff for outstanding performance. Park volunteer Norman Paul of Littlestown, Pa., received an award for his outstanding contributions to the care of artifacts and archival items in Gettysburg’s museum collections. D. Scott Hartwig, supervisory historian, received an award for taking the lead in designing and planning Gettysburg’s 150thbattle anniversary interpretive programs. Bob Kirby, Gettysburg National Military Park superintendent, presented the awards at a staff meeting May 15.
