Native American Way-of-Life Talk and Demonstration at Obed

The Obed Wild and Scenic River announces a program highlighting Native American culture on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014. Visitors will have a chance to look back into the ways of the Native American people of the East Tennessee area and view many artifacts from Native American peoples from all over the United States. Standing Oak and Sparrow Hawk will be demonstrating how the ways of life for the Native American peoples have changed over the years. The program begins at 2 p.m. EST and will conclude around 3 p.m.
