Complete Fireworks Ban at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area and Colville Confederated Tribal Lands

Effective June 17, 2016, the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation have issued a complete fireworks ban on tribal lands and associated water ways. Resolution 2016-311 is a step towards eliminating fire factors to protect natural resources and properties following last summer's devastating fires.

In accordance with Title 36 Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.38 (b), use and possession of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited at all times in the Lake Roosevelt National Recreational Area.
