Cape Krusenstern Subsistence Resource Commission to Meet April 11-12, 2017

The National Park Service’s Cape Krusenstern National Monument Subsistence Resource Commission will be meeting in Kotzebue on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 11-12. The meeting is open to the public. Call in information is as follows:

The meeting will be held at the National Park Service’s Northwest Arctic Heritage Center, 171 Third Avenue. It will begin at 1:00PM on Tuesday, April 11, and is scheduled to adjourn for the day at 5:00PM. The meeting will resume on Wednesday, April 12, at 9:00AM and it will conclude at 12:00PM.

Topics to be covered include reports from the nine-member commission on subsistence issues and concerns, updates from NPS staff, management issues, wildlife research and monitoring activities, and Federal Wildlife Regulations.
