INDIANA DUNES NATIONAL LAKESHORE: Join a ranger on Sunday, October 29 and November 12 at 9:00 am or 1:00 pm for a two-hour tour of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in one of the park's 15-passenger, wheelchair lift equipped buses. This is a great opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful fall colors while learning some interesting information about our national lakeshore. The tour is free, but reservations are required. Call 219-395-1882 to make reservations and get more information.
This program meets at the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center. After a brief introduction, participants will board one of the park's 16-passenger buses. During the two-hour tour, the ranger will share interesting facts about the park while passengers enjoy great views of Duneland in autumn.
