LAKE MEAD CRUISES TO SUSPEND OPERATIONS THROUGH JULY 27

BOULDER CITY, Nevada - Lake Mead Cruises is suspending operations through July 27 to facilitate the replacement of its generators and conduct preventive maintenance.

The proactive repairs will provide an overall enhancement to the visitors’ experience aboard the Desert Princess and will support the continued safe operations of the vessel.

During the scheduled maintenance, a cofferdam will be in place to protect the waters of Lake Mead.

The Desert Princess is inspected and regulated under the jurisdiction of the United States Coast Guard with additional oversight by the National Park Service.

Once services are complete, the Desert Princess will resume daily cruises on Lake Mead to the Hoover Dam and back. Reservations can be made online at www.lakemeadcruises.com.
