Park Rangers from President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site invite you to stop in the site's visitor center as they unveil two new fixtures of the center in Hope, AR.
Starting Monday Feb. 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in celebration of President's Day the historic site will routinely show a film that provides orientation to its over 10,000 visitors annually. Developed by Park Rangers and produced by RBH Multimedia Incorporation of New York and the National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center the film chronicles the formative years of a young Billy Blythe and his journey to becoming President William Jefferson Clinton the 42 President of the United States. "From Hope to History President Bill Clinton's Formative Years" runs 23 minutes and 55 seconds and features students currently enrolled in Hope Public Schools. Additionally a new book fit for a coffee table will start to be sold in the historic site's bookstore operated by Jefferson National Parks Association of St. Louis, MO. "His Story Started in Hope, Arkansas" provides an in-depth look into President Clinton's formative years and how the experiences he had in Hope led him to become president. The book retails for 5.95$ and is available inside the historic site's visitor center.
