U.S. Park Police Selects New Public Information Officer

WASHINGTON DC - Sergeant Roselyn Norment has been selected as the new United States Park Police Public Information Officer. Effective 10/11/2020, Sergeant Norment is the primary contact for all media inquiries pertaining to the U.S. Park Police.

Sergeant Norment joined the U.S. Park Police in 2010. She comes from the Patrol Branch where she worked in the Central District station and the Anacostia station. She is a hostage negotiator, Allies for Inclusion facilitator and member of the Peer Support team. Sergeant Norment also holds a Master of Science degree in Negotiations and Conflict Management.

The former Public Information Officer, Sergeant Eduardo Delgado, has been selected for an assignment as a Sergeant in the United States Park Police Criminal Investigations Branch, Identification Unit.
