Hobart Prairie Grove Bike Ride with a Ranger

Bring your bike and helmet to join a park ranger at Hobart Prairie Grove Trailhead for a fun ride near Robinson Lake in Hobart, Indiana. This program will be on Saturday, July 17 from 1:00-3:00 pm. This trail winds through some rare oak savanna habitat and will be lined with colorful, summer wildflowers.

Hobart Prairie Grove is a lesser-known part of Indiana Dunes National Park and has undergone savanna restoration work. Meet the ranger at the Robinson Lake parking lot at 5250 S. Liverpool Road in Hobart, Indiana.

The Indiana Dunes National Park is one of 423 units of the National Park System ranging from Yellowstone to the Statue of Liberty. Up to 2 million visitors come to the Indiana Dunes each year.
