Cuyahoga Valley National Park to extend closure of Buckeye Trail section and Blue Hen Falls

BRECKSVILLE, Ohio - Cuyahoga Valley National Park is extending a closure of the Buckeye Trail between Riverview Road in Boston Township and Snowville Road in Brecksville, including access to Blue Hen Falls, until November 5.

The park has been working on a major improvement to the trail that addresses extreme erosion and muddy conditions as a result of increased use. The project will not be completed by September 15 as planned. Crews are working when weather conditions allow. Updates will be posted on the park website.

This closure is necessary for public safety. Please respect all closures.
