There are many exciting ongoing and future projects planned at Johnstown Flood National Memorial. We invite you to join us at the State of Johnstown Flood National Memorial on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm. This program will take place outside by Visitor Center and attendees are welcome to bring a chair.

Subject matter experts from different divisions of the Johnstown Flood National Memorial will talk about projects at the Club House, Double Cottage, and Lippincott Cottage. The event will also feature the Lakebed Rehabilitation Project, Path of the Flood Trail, and more! “Tuesday’s meeting provides the opportunity to carry on the important conversation that started a few years ago with our commitment to the community to continue improving park owned structures and maintain the viewshed in the lakebed," said Johnstown Flood National Memorial Superintendent Stephen M. Clark.

Prior to the meeting, the Visitor Center will open at 6:00 pm and the park movie Black Friday will play at 6:15 pm. In the case of inclement weather, the State of Johnstown Flood National Memorial will be held in the Visitor Center theater.
