RICHLAND, Wash. - Rocky Simmons, a safety representative with EM Richland Operations Office contractor Mission Support Alliance, was presented with the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Regional Special Government Employee award at this year’s VPP Participants' Association Region X conference in Anchorage, Alaska. This award recognizes employees who exhibit exceptional support in VPP, which Simmons has done for more than 20 years. He has also been a safety leader on the Hanford Site for more than 30 years.
