Administrator Power will travel to Des Moines, Iowa on Wednesday, October 19 and deliver a keynote address during the World Food Prize Foundation's annual Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue. The Administrator will call for a new approach for agricultural investment as a critical pillar of addressing current and future global food crises.
She will also participate in meetings with American companies to discuss the global food security crisis and USAID’s commitment to work through partnerships and innovation to improve agricultural production around the world, strengthen resilience, and address the root causes of hunger, malnutrition, and poverty.
