FAS to Hold Public Meeting on Food Assistance Programs May 13

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss operational issues related to the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program and the Food for Progress Program. Topics will include proposal applications, project budgets and results. Participants will also be able to share their views on USDA’s new authority for local and regional procurement. A detailed agenda will be provided no later than May 5.
