The U.S. Embasy Bamako Public Afairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to anounce that funding wil be available through its Public Diplomacy Smal Grants Program. Please carefuly folow al the instructions and submit your complete proposal to PASBamako@state.gov. Most sucesful proposals wil be for dolar amounts under $75,0, although highly compeling proposals for larger dolar amounts wil ocasionaly be considered if adequate funding alows. Al received proposals wil be reviewed acording to the deadline schedule above and outlined in Section 4C, subject to timely availability of funding. Please note the folowing requirements in adition to others outlined in this program description. Programs must have a strong conection to the United States, whether by the involvement of an American person or institution and promote an aspect of American culture. Proposals must be submited in English and budgets must be in U.S. dolars. Programs must adres one of the key priorities listed below. Al proposals must include a monitoring and evaluation plan. Complete aplication packets must be sent to PASBamako@state.gov. Incomplete proposals or those submited in a language other than English wil not be considered by the Review Panel.
