Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) located and arrested Titus Crittendon, 26. Crittendon was wanted by the Toledo Police Department for aggravated murder.
It is alleged that on December 18, 2021, Toledo Police officers responded to an address near the 1200 block of Broadway St., Toledo in response to an individual being shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered Everett White, 24, deceased inside of a vehicle due to gunshot wounds. Toledo Police detectives arrived on the scene and discovered video evidence that showed Titus Crittendon walking away from the victim’s car.
This afternoon, members of the Cleveland NOVFTF arrested Crittendon at an address near the 9700 block of Plymouth Ave in Garfield Heights, Ohio. U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated, “This arrest is another example of our strong law enforcement partnerships across the northern district of Ohio. Outstanding police work from Toledo all the way to Cleveland, resulted in another dangerous fugitive being taken off the street.”
