The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is hereby providing notice that it intends to file a Notice of Intent with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management with the intent to discharge stormwater from construction activities related to the construction of the proposed Grissom Small Arms Range at Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base. Stormwater from the construction site would be received by a government ditch and will ultimately be received by Little Deer Creek in Miami County, Ohio.
