Volume 169, No. 39 covering the 1st Session of the 118th Congress (2023 - 2024) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“Senate Committee Meetings” mentioning the Environmental Protection Agency was published in the in the Daily Digest section section on pages D175-D176 on March 1.

Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation: Committee concluded a hearing to examine the nomination of Phillip A. Washington, of Illinois, to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, after the nominee, who was introduced by Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper, testified and answered questions in his own behalf.

FitzGibbon, of New York, to be Ambassador to the Republic of Niger, Eric W. Kneedler, of Pennsylvania, to be Ambassador to the Republic of Rwanda, who was introduced by Senator Casey, Pamela M.
