NAIROBI, Kenya – Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo engaged in discussions with Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Investment, Trade, and Industry, Rebecca Miano. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities to enhance bilateral commercial ties across various sectors. The meeting also saw the participation of Kenyan Cabinet Secretary of Information, Communication, and the Digital Economy, Eliud Owalo, alongside members of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa. The additional attendees joined the discussion on opportunities to advance U.S.-Kenya commercial relations, showcasing a collaborative effort to foster economic partnerships between the two nations.
