Apple announced that its Vision Pro device will be available for pre-order in new countries and regions starting June 13, with availability beginning June 28. Customers in China mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore can pre-order on June 13 at 6 p.m. PT. For Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, pre-orders start on June 28 at 5 a.m. PT with availability from July 12.

"The enthusiasm for Apple Vision Pro has been extraordinary," said Tim Cook, Apple's CEO. "We can’t wait for more people to see the impossible become possible."

The Vision Pro integrates digital content with the physical world through visionOS, an operating system that allows users to navigate using their eyes, hands, and voice. Users interact with apps by looking at them and tapping their fingers together or speaking to dictate text.

VisionOS 2 will be released as a free update this fall and will include features such as transforming photos into 3D memories and new capabilities for Mac Virtual Display.

The App Store now offers over 2,000 apps designed specifically for Vision Pro. Business productivity apps like Box and Slack are supported alongside entertainment services including Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Peacock, Paramount+, Pluto TV, Tubi, IMAX, Juno Supercut Television.

Sports enthusiasts can access major sports leagues' apps like NBA and MLS on Vision Pro while gamers have thousands of games available through Apple Arcade.

New design apps such as AirDraw leverage spatial computing capabilities for creative tasks. The device also supports immersive storytelling formats through Apple Immersive Video.

Apple Vision Pro is designed with accessibility features like VoiceOver and Zoom reimagined for spatial computing. It also includes industry-leading privacy measures such as Optic ID for secure unlocking.

Priced starting at $3,499 (U.S.), Apple Vision Pro will be available in storage capacities of 256GB to 1TB. ZEISS Optical Inserts are available separately for those requiring vision correction.
