The National Park Service (NPS) has announced a solicitation for electronic comments regarding the significance of properties nominated before February 24, 2024, for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places. Comments should be submitted electronically by March 19, 2024.
Comments can be sent to National_Register_Submissions@nps.gov with the subject line “Public Comment on .” Alternatively, if email access is unavailable, comments may be mailed to the National Register of Historic Places at the NPS office in Washington, DC.

The properties listed are being considered for their historical significance under the criteria for evaluation set forth by the National Register. Public comments will be reviewed as part of this process. It is important to note that any personal identifying information included in comments may become publicly available.
Nominations have been submitted by State or Tribal Historic Preservation Officers and include properties from various states such as Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin. Notable nominations include:
- Lodge and Hut in St. Johns County, Florida
- The Bowers' House in Honolulu County, Hawaii
- Emmitsburg Historic District (Boundary Increase) in Frederick County, Maryland
- Capri Drive-In Theater in Branch County, Michigan
- Middle River School in Callaway County, Missouri
Additional documentation has also been received for resources in Colorado and several counties within Maryland and Tennessee.
