Army Maj. Gen. William H. Graham Jr. has been nominated for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as the chief of engineers and commanding general, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Washington, D.C. Graham is currently serving as the deputy chief of engineers and deputy commanding general for Civil Works and Emergency Operations, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Washington, D.C.
Army Maj. Gen. Joshua M. Rudd has been nominated for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as the deputy commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. Rudd is currently serving as the chief of staff, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.
