The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has announced a closed commission meeting to consider a nonpublic law enforcement matter. The meeting is scheduled for August 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM EDT and will be conducted via Zoom.
The decision to close the meeting was made with a vote of 3-0-2. Commissioners Holyoak and Ferguson recused themselves from the vote. Attendees of the closed session will include the commissioners and other appropriate Commission staff.
