For Fiscal Year 2025 Quarterly FOIA Reports:

- January 31, April 25, July 25, and October 31, 2025: Deadlines for posting quarterly data.

For guidance on quarterly reporting requirements, refer to OIP’s updated guidance from October 2021.

- January 13, 2025: Deadline for agencies with more than fifty requests in Fiscal Year 2023.

- February 7, 2025: Deadline for agencies with fifty or fewer requests choosing to report.

- March 17, 2025: Posting deadline for these reports online.
