Lee Satterfield addresses U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Assembly in Colorado

Acting Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, Lee Satterfield, is set to visit Colorado Springs from November 13 to 15, 2024. During her visit, she will address the 2024 U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Assembly. In her speech, Satterfield plans to discuss how the United States can engage internationally during upcoming major sporting events. These include the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the 2028 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles, and the 2034 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Salt Lake City.

The assembly is an annual event organized by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to promote the Olympic and Paralympic movement within the United States.
