Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard R. Verma met with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ivan Kondov in Sofia. The meeting focused on Bulgaria's ongoing support for Ukraine and the progress on bilateral priorities, particularly addressing foreign information manipulation.

Spokesperson Matthew Miller noted that Deputy Secretary Verma "thanked Minister Kondov for Bulgaria’s continued support for Ukraine" and emphasized "the importance of continued support for Ukraine and its freedom from Russia’s aggression."
