The U.S. Department of State has announced advancements in cybersecurity cooperation as part of the U.S.-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was recently signed between the Vietnam Authority of Information Security (AIS) and the United States Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
