The announcement of the sentencing was made by Acting United States Attorney Joshua S. Levy and Todd Lyons, Field Office Director in Boston for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Luke A.
