The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma has announced that Jukobie Allen Ramsey, a 22-year-old resident of Marietta, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a child. The charge is related to the use of a minor for producing and transmitting sexually explicit visual depictions over the internet.

According to the indictment, these activities began in May 2021 and continued until April 29, 2024. The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in conjunction with the Love County Sheriff’s Office.

The plea was accepted by U.S. Magistrate Judge Gerald L. Jackson at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. A presentence investigation report has been ordered following this acceptance. Ramsey will remain in custody under the United States Marshals Service until sentencing.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dak Cohen.
