U.S. Attorney Clinton J. Johnson | U.S. Department of Justice
A St. Louis man has been sentenced for possessing a significant amount of cocaine, according to a recent announcement from the U.S. District Court in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Judge John F. Heil, III, handed down a sentence of 120 months imprisonment to Terrall Lamar Johnson, aged 33, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Following his prison term, Johnson will be subject to five years of supervised release.
The case stems from an incident in July 2023 when Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers stopped Johnson on US Highway 69 near Big Cabin. After consenting to a search of his vehicle, officers discovered six individually wrapped bundles suspected to contain cocaine. Subsequent testing confirmed that the bundles weighed 15.3 pounds and contained cocaine.
Johnson is currently in custody and awaits transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam Bailey prosecuting the case.
