Stilwell man pleads guilty to meth distribution charge

Clint Rogers Chuculate, also known as Clint Robert Chuculate, a 40-year-old resident of Stilwell, Oklahoma, has pled guilty to a federal drug charge. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Chuculate admitted guilt to an indictment charging him with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

The indictment specified that on September 19, 2024, Chuculate knowingly possessed methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, with the intention to distribute it. This incident took place in Adair County within the Cherokee Nation Reservation's boundaries in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The investigation leading to this charge was conducted by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma accepted Chuculate's plea and has ordered a presentence investigation report. Until sentencing is completed, Chuculate will remain in custody under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service.
