William Drew Sullivan, a 34-year-old resident of McAlester, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 100 months in prison for possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma made the announcement following Sullivan's guilty plea on July 15, 2024.
The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Krebs Police Department. On January 3, 2024, during a routine traffic stop, officers found Sullivan with two cell phones, a scale, and two baggies containing fentanyl.
Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White presided over the sentencing at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Sullivan will remain in custody under the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated Bureau of Prisons facility to serve his non-paroleable sentence.
