Frederick Blaine Rinehart, Jr., a 54-year-old resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia, has admitted to charges related to methamphetamine distribution. According to court documents, Rinehart was involved in selling methamphetamine within Harrison County. Investigators linked over 100 grams of the drug to him, with some quantities found in his home and others distributed.
Rinehart faces a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The final decision will be made by a federal district court judge who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower is leading the prosecution for this case on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, which is supported by HIDTA funding. U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael John Aloi presided over the proceedings.
