Torc, an independent subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG based in Blacksburg, Virginia, specializes in self-driving vehicle software solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in autonomous applications, Torc focuses on commercializing autonomous trucks for long-haul purposes within the U.S., supported by facilities across several locations including Texas and Michigan.

Serve Robotics develops AI-powered sidewalk delivery robots aimed at sustainable delivery solutions. Since becoming an independent entity from Uber in 2021, Serve has successfully completed numerous deliveries for partners like Uber Eats and 7-Eleven. The company holds multi-year contracts that include deploying up to 2,000 robots on the Uber Eats platform across different U.S. markets.
