A Davenport man has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for drug-related charges. Paul Antonio Deon Parrow, known as "Tone," was convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, as well as possession with intent to distribute these substances.
Court documents and evidence from a four-day trial revealed that Parrow, 41, distributed methamphetamine and fentanyl across the Quad Cities over nearly a year. He recruited others to assist in the distribution and stored drugs at multiple residences within the area. Authorities attributed more than 26 pounds of methamphetamine and 145 grams of fentanyl to him.
Upon completing his prison sentence, Parrow will serve a five-year term of supervised release. Federal sentencing does not include parole.
The announcement was made by United States Attorney Richard D. Westphal from the Southern District of Iowa. The investigation was conducted by the Davenport Police Department.
