Devonna Nicole Moul, a 30-year-old resident of Buckhannon, West Virginia, has been sentenced to 56 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The sentence was handed down by Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh.
Court documents reveal that Moul, who is also known as "Devonna Nicole Keyser," was involved in selling methamphetamine in Elkins. Her criminal history includes prior convictions for drug violations, escape, and fleeing from law enforcement.
Following her prison term, Moul will be subject to three years of supervised release. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Warner on behalf of the government.
The investigation leading to Moul's conviction was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives along with the Mountain Region Drug Task Force, which is supported by a HIDTA-funded initiative.
